Frequently asked

Do I earn anything for just adding members?
No. GMB pays only on business volume — package purchases, franchise sales and product repurchases. There is no joining or recruitment income. This keeps the plan legal, sustainable and fair.
What is BV and why is commission calculated on it?
BV (business volume) is the commissionable value of a sale — for packages and franchises it is fixed in the plan; for products it is a percentage of MRP (typically 75%). All rates are applied on BV, never on price, so payouts always stay proportional to real margin.
How do I get paid?
Commissions credit to your wallet automatically when a sale/payment is confirmed, sit on a 15-day safety hold, then become payable. You request a withdrawal from the portal (minimum ₹500); admin approves and pays to your bank after TDS.
What do I need to become active?
A package purchase and verified KYC (PAN + Aadhaar). KYC is valid for one year. Level income unlocks progressively: L1 with 1 direct, L2 with 2 active directs, L3 with 3 + Business package, L4 with 5 directs + 25 team + Premium.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes — upgrade any time by paying the difference. Higher packages unlock more levels and franchise-selling rights.
Who can buy a franchise?
Anyone with a valid drug licence and the investment amount. Franchise owners get territory exclusivity, bulk stock and branding support. Business-package agents can sell Bronze & Silver; Premium agents can sell all tiers.
